We make our mattresses to last the course – that’s why we guarantee our product for a decade. If your mattress fails during that time, we’ll swap it for a brand new one.

Our guarantee covers you for any manufacturing issues - like foam that cracks, a faulty zip or significant dipping.
It’s normal for mattresses to show some signs of use over the years and we don’t consider ordinary wear and tear a fault under the guarantee. We also exclude soiled items and damage caused by accident (including by pets), disaster or misuse.
Please note that Duo mattresses need to remain dry and that an appropriate bed base and bedding should be used.
Please contact the place you bought your mattress to organise a return. You should do this within 30 days of spotting the problem, with proof of purchase to hand. We might arrange to send out an independent quality team to assess the issue, but our care team will let you know exactly what to expect next.
