Mattress Opening Guide

All our mattress and bed sizes are standard UK bed sizes as specified by the National Bed Federation. If you’re buying a mattress for an existing bed, cot or crib it's always best to measure the bed to make sure it's a standard size.

All our mattresses are built with pocket compression springs for enhanced comfort, support and durability – make every night a dream with Duo.

  • 1. Carefully open the box, lay it flat on it’s side and pull the rolled mattress out.

  • 2. Lift the mattress onto the bed base. Using the safety cutter provided, remove theouterbag.

  • 3. Unroll the compressedmattress and position it centrally on the bed based.

  • 4. Using the cutter, slit theinner bag across the footend width. The mattresswill now expand.

  • 5. After 4 hours the mattress is suitable for sleeping on but will take 72 hours for full expansion.
